- Brussel Sprouts
- Coconut Oil (or oil of your choice)
- 1 cup Parma! Flavor of your choice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and cut the brussel sprouts in half. Melt coconut oil (or oil of choice) and mix in 1 cup Parma!. Combine oil/Parma! with brussel sprouts. Spread onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until you reach the texture you like and enjoy!
