Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch cilantro
1/4 to 1/2 cup Parma!, any flavor
Directions
Chop cauliflower or pulse in food processor.
Mix everything together, serve and enjoy.
