- Hummus (several heaping spoonfuls)
- Corn tortillas
- Organic Quinoa
- Spicy black beans
Take several heaping spoonfuls of regular hummus. Sprinkle a generous serving of Parma! on top. Mix it up with a fork and slather it on top of corn tortillas covered with organic quinoa and spicy black beans. Pour fresh salsa on top and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. You’ve got “cheese” tortillas!
