This is not just a holiday option, garlic sweet potato wedges are always a crowd pleasure. Think about these to bring to your next pot luck. It’s a great way to share Parma! How about at the next tailgate, friends football get-together or soccer party? You pretty much can’t go wrong with the mix of flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes – washed and roasted at 400 for 45-50 minutes
- 3 egg Egg Replacer
- ½ cup Garlicky Green or Garlic Basil Parma!
- ½ cup Chipotle Cayenne or Jalapeno Bacon Parma!
- 1 tsp course ground pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Air fryer or oven
- Optional: if you aren’t using a spicy Parma! Add ¼ tsp cayenne powder
Instructions
After roasting your sweet potatoes, let them cool a bit, then remove the skin. It should be easy to remove if you didn’t use foil. If you do use foil then keep the skin. Slice them into wedges that will stay together, not too thin, not too thick. They will stay together a bit better with the skin, but it still works. No foil — I never use foil anymore if I can help it.
Egg replacer – mix it up and put in a bowl large enough to dip your potato wedges in.
In another bowl, mix Parma! and the rest of the ingredients.
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees.
Dip the wedges into the egg replacer mix, then dip in the Parma! mixture. Shake off excess. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet or in your air fryer. Bake for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees, turning after 5 minutes. Remove from oven or air fryer and serve.
