Parma! Avocado Bean Dip

This cool, healthy and refreshing combination is perfect for a summer pot luck. Parma! Avocado Bean Dip can be served as a dip or can be eaten right out of the bowl (it’s that good)! We recommend using Jalapeno Bacon Nut Free Parma!, but this recipe would be good with just about any of our flavors. Add a smoky heat with Chipotle Cayenne, or keep it mild with Original. Parma! Avocado Bean Dip

Ingredients:
  • 6 scallions
  • 8-12 radishes
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1-2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • fresh cilantro (to taste)
  • 1-2 avocados
  • 1-2 limes (juiced)
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1-2 tablespoons Parma! Vegan Parmesan

Dice scallions, radishes, jalapeños, tomatoes and cilantro and add to medium bowl with corn. Chop avocado and gently fold in. Add lime juice and stir. Drain black beans and add to bowl along with desired Parma! flavor. Stir gently, garnish with lime wedges and cilantro, and serve with a healthy tortilla chip like Beanitos bean chips or maybe a plant-based yummy Off the Eaten Path style chip.
