Try this Parma! Tzatziki tasty dip at your next Book Club when you need to bring something that everyone will like! It covers the bases: gluten-free, Keto, vegan, naturally sweet and it’s pretty.
- 1 1/2 c. Plain whole yogurt – or your favorite vegan yogurt
- 1/2 Medium cucumber flesh
- 1/4 c. Chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon zest
- 1/2 Lime – juice
- 1 tsp. – lemon juice
- 2-5 Tbsp. Garlicky Green Parma!
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Cucumber – use vegetable peeler to make short pieces of cucumber flesh, leaving out center and seeds. Chop minimally so pieces aren’t too dominant.
Let sit in refrigerator for an hour.
Take out – sprinkle Garlicky Green Parma! on top, garnish with piece of dill.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
Pack in small container for lunches, picnics and book club! Spread on baked tofu, chicken, pork chop for some zest.
