Ingredients
- Buttercup squash, or acorn, butternut or another winter squash
- Parma! Flavor of your choice (recommended Chipotle Cayenne or Garlicky Green)
- Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut squash of choice in half or pieces, put face down in oven safe baking dish with a little water. Bake for 45 minutes or so at 350 degrees until a fork goes through it easily (last 10 minutes you can turn face up).
Scrape the flesh out of skin and MASH. Add a little oil of choice (butter-type), mix well. Sprinkle with Chipotle Cayenne Parma! or Garlicky Green Parma!
