If you want to make it oil free, try using a juicy, organic tomato instead of the olive oil.
- 1 1/2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/3 cup fresh basil
- Juice of one lemon, about 2 TBL
- 1/3 cup Garlicky Green Parma!
- 4 TBL olive oil or tomato
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender. Start with one TBL water and add more if needed. Blend until thick but creamy pesto is achieved.
