I grew up in an Italian family, and the loss of parmesan cheese to my vegan lifestyle seriously hurt. Parma has filled that void for me. I love it.
Eatparma is definitely my favorite sprinkling cheese substitute on the market. Part of this is probably because it doesn’t actually attempt to be something other than it is–it’s not a soy trying to be a dairy. And, with a simple combo of three healthy ingredients, it ends up with the cheese flavor I want.
